Hi, I’m Shagun Singh – a UX/UI Designer with 6+ years of experience designing thoughtful, functional, and user-first digital experiences across diverse industries like edtech, healthtech, e-commerce, and social impact.

 

My design journey began with a simple belief: that good design should make life easier. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working on everything from mobile apps for first-time users to complex SaaS platforms used by thousands daily. I specialize in user research, interface design, design systems, and crafting progressive web apps (PWAs) that combine performance with great usability.

I've worked closely with startups, NGOs, and growing product teams, contributing at every stage—from ideation and wireframing to prototyping, testing, and handoff. I’m especially proud of co-creating design systems from scratch, streamlining user flows, and launching products that solve real problems.

I bring a collaborative, detail-oriented, and strategic mindset to every project. My approach is grounded in empathy—understanding the user's world before shaping solutions—and powered by tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and Notion.

• Co-built a design system to scale UI consistency across multiple products

• Helped launch a kidswear brand that blends play, storytelling, and home shopping

I’m also an active volunteer, regularly engaging in community work around health, education, and rehabilitation. These experiences inspire my passion for designing for inclusivity and social good.

Outside work, you’ll find me mentoring design students, sketching product ideas, or creating experiences that blend creativity, commerce, and care.
